The Annual General Meeting is the forum for members to decide the policy and direction of the VSRA. It elects the Chairman, Treasurer and other members of the Executive Committee. It approves the accounts and sets the annual membership subscription rate.

The Executive Committee meets as frequently as necessary to conduct the affairs of the VSRA. Members of the Committee have responsibility for making progress in specific issues of interest to the VSRA.
All members are encouraged to attend the annual general meeting. The time and place will posted on this website.
