VINCENT SQUARE RESIDENTS’ ASSOCIATION TENNIS SECTION 2011
Please register me as a member of the Tennis Section of the Vincent Square Residents Association (“VSRA”) for 2011. I acknowledge that the cost of the Tennis Section for 2011 is £100, and that the cost of the optional fob to access the courts is £20 (this fee is refundable at the end of the tennis season.) For convenience, a single payment may be made to VSRA covering:
- £20 for 2011 VSRA membership
- £100 for Tennis Section
- £20 for optional fob
Please note that membership of the Tennis Section is only open to VSRA members. VSRA membership is limited to those who live on the Square or on the streets ( up to the first junction) leading directly on to it.
Important information about access to tennis courts and fobs: The only access to the courts is through the gate on the west side of Vincent Square near to Osbert Street. The gate, which is controlled by an electronic access system, can only be opened with an electronic fob. Fobs may be collected from Mary Maxwell, but only after the Treasurer has confirmed that the £20 deposit has been paid. I acknowledge that this is a refundable deposit, which the VSRA Treasurer will refund after the fob has been returned to Mary Maxwell at the end of the season. I acknowledge that any fob not returned within three weeks of the end of the season, i.e. 19 September, will lead to forfeiture of the £20 deposit. Finally, I acknowledge that in order to receive an electronic refund, I must provide my bank sort code and number below. Otherwise, the refund will be made through paper cheque.
